TIWI ISLAND FISHING PERMITS NEGOTIATION

Daryl Manzie interviews Chris Makepiece from the Amateur Fishermans Association of NT (AFANT) with regards to recent negotiations with the Tiwi Island Land Council on fishing permits. This permit system will now cost fisherman $55 for a permit and will take approximately 3 weeks to process.
